Najib is now Malaysia 6th PM, Pak Lah is Tun& message from Cleffairy

Here’s a congratulatory message from Over A Cuppa Tea author, Cleffairy to two national figure. Datuk Seri Najib on his appointment as Malaysia sixth Prime Minister on 3rd April 2009. Congratulations, Datuk Seri, all of us will be looking forward to a very different leadership ahead and we’ll be following your political career with great interest. Though yours truly is not so optimistic about the political environment in Malaysia, yours truly sincerely hope your leadership will once again make Malaysia respected in the eyes of the world. Do what you must to bring prosperity and stability once again to our beloved country.

My congratulation are also in order to the former Prime Minister and his wife too who have been awarded the title Tun by Yang Di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Mizan- Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and his wife, Tun Jeanne Abdullah. Tun Abdullah, your term in office may have been short, but I believed, Malaysians has learned a lot from your leadership. Thank you so much for those valuable lesson, as we are smarter now. I believe everything that had happened have been predestined, and it’s God’s will for us to experience the good and the bad during your term in office. Frankly speaking, I am not really your fan, Tun Abdullah, but I pray that Malaysians will not be ungrateful as to treat you like dirt once you stepped down as PM, the way Tun Dr. Mahathir have been forced to experience.

Cleffairy: Malaysia now have two living former premiers, and I hope Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, as the sixth Prime Minister will thread carefully during his term, and learn to be visionary like Tun Dr. Mahathir, and be ‘cool’ like Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

Autism Speaks! World Autism Awareness Day.

logo_waad1

April is not just about fooling each other silly. Nor it’s about me going into a crazy frenzy writing some nonsense script that may end up forgotten in my HDD a few years later. April is also about Autism. Today is 2nd April 2009, and I’m more than sure that a lot of you out there are not even aware of the significance this date holds.

2nd April is World Autism Awareness Day. Some of you may not know what autism is all about and maybe do not give a damn about it. This article will not be as interesting as watching someone camwhoring or bitch about things that goes wrong in their life. This too, will not be as fun as getting involved in some silly pillow fight.

Most of you out there may wonder why I even bother wasting my precious time writing something that I myself think that people would yawn as they read. Well, I have to say, this certain behavioral disorders like autism, cerebral palsy, ADHD, spastic are something that is close to home, and to my heart. this issue is something very personal to me.

Autism  is something every single married couple with children and planning to have children should know and understand about. Your child may have autism or autism tendency and you may not know about it, and passing these special and gifted children as retard and incapable of learning. Parents with children who have communication problems or their physical development seems to be impeded sometimes passed off their child as slow learners, but what they do not know is that their child have this condition known as autism.

So, what is autism, you ask me…well, allow me to elaborate:

Autism is a complex neurobiological disorder that typically lasts throughout a person’s lifetime. It is part of a group of disorders known as autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Today, 1 in 150 individuals is diagnosed with autism, making it more common than pediatric cancer, diabetes, and AIDS combined. It occurs in all racial, ethnic, and social groups and is four times more likely to strike boys than girls. Autism impairs a person’s ability to communicate and relate to others. It is also associated with rigid routines and repetitive behaviors, such as obsessively arranging objects or following very specific routines. Symptoms can range from very mild to quite severe.

Autism spectrum disorders can usually be reliably diagnosed by age 3, although new research is pushing back the age of diagnosis to as early as 6 months. Parents are usually the first to notice unusual behaviors in their child or their child’s failure to reach appropriate developmental milestones. Some parents describe a child that seemed different from birth, while others describe a child who was developing normally and then lost skills. Pediatricians may initially dismiss signs of autism, thinking a child will “catch up,” and may advise parents to “wait and see.” New research shows that when parents suspect something is wrong with their child, they are usually correct. If you have concerns about your child’s development, don’t wait: speak to your pediatrician about getting your child screened for autism.

If your child is diagnosed with autism, early intervention is critical to gain maximum benefit from existing therapies. Although parents may have concerns about labeling a toddler as “autistic,” the earlier the diagnosis is made, the earlier interventions can begin. Currently, there are no effective means to prevent autism, no fully effective treatments, and no cure. Research indicates, however, that early intervention in an appropriate educational setting for at least two years during the preschool years can result in significant improvements for many young children with autism spectrum disorders. As soon as autism is diagnosed, early intervention instruction should begin. Effective programs focus on developing communication, social, and cognitive skills.

I took great pains this morning to watch MHI that’s aired on TV3 just to hear their guest of the day, someone from NASOM- Malaysia National Autism&Spastic Organization. NASOM is an organization that provide screening and behavioural theraphies for autistic and spastic for some disgusting amount of money. (yeah, their treatments and theraphies are not free).

MHI broadcasted what NASOM fellers do, and from the bottom of my heart, I am extremely dissapointed to find that these creeps treat autistic children like retards who are incapable of learning. Most children who are autistic are usually very good in maths, and yet they do not concentrate on these special children’s ability and make effort to expand their capabilities in maths. Children who are spastic seems to be looked down upon by the professionals in NASOM and they are labeled as a disabled, though the actual fact is the other way around. The children there are not taught like normal children, and they are forced to learn at a very slow pace and consequently, effectively stopping their inquiring mind to learn and ask more question about their surrounding.

These children are only thought to be independent, not educating them the way they should be doing. They are treated like Down Syndrome kids. Autistic and spactic children, whether they are smart or not, they are labeled as retard, and counsellings and brainwashing session are provided to parents to force the parents to slow their children down. Religious talks on how parents should accept God’s plans and will and treat these children like retards are thrown in for good measure. Parents are actually told it is all right to label their child as a retard that’s incapable of learning.

Fuck it, why does Malaysian have to do everything the wrong way? I’ve seen how Singaporean and European treat autistic, spastic and ADHD children. They treated these kids like a genius and make effort to improve their behaviour and learning abilities. Conductive environment are prepared for these children. They concentrated on these children’s talentst, such as maths, music, arts at an early stage. Therapies are develop to stimulate their brain activities. As a result, most of their autistic, spastic as well as ADHD children end up excelling in their life and most are specialized in area that they are good at.

Most of you might not know this, but Albert Einstein was an autistic child too. Look how he end up? He ended up a genius because his mother, Pauline Einstein refused to let people around him treat Einstein like a retard the way people do in Malaysia. Einstein was raised like a genius despite of his communication problems during his early childhood years.

Tom Cruise, yeah, that handsome hunk who acted in Mission impossible was a special child too. He was an ADHD child, and look where he ended up? He ended up being very good in acting and is a movie star adored by many.

I think Malaysia is totally, completely screwed, because we could actually have a lot of Albert Einstein, Thomas Edison and Tom Cruise in the making, and yet those children are categorized as retards who are incapable of learning and they restrict these children from advancing by just teaching them to take care of themselves, and nothing else. These children are treated like a nuisance while in truth, they are diamond in the rough.

I do not expect anyone to answer or even comment to this article, but I hope married couples with kids and without kids out there could keep in mind that if they ever have a child  or relatives who are autistic, spastic or even ADHD, please do keep in mind that these children are actually intelligent in their own ways. They are different or have troubles communicating because they are gifted in certain ways, and it’s your  responsibilities to improve them intellectually. Never ever treat them like a retard who are incapable of learning, because if you do that, you will loose an Einstein in the making!

Cleffairy: God is fair. Because some children are gifted in certain ways, God takes away some of their other abilities or make them slower in that area to be fair to others. Do you a guys agree with my statement?

A bunch of misbehaved children…

What would you do if you have kids, and they misbehaved badly? They wail, they rant, they never listen, they don’t know how to play together and they are definitely a bunch of selfish bastards who do not know how to share their playthings. When you brought them to visit your relatives or friends, they simply humiliate you with their spoil brat antics. When they’re wrong they don’t apologize, and they definitely do not say thank you when they are given something to play with. They are greedy and constantly trying to take away other children’s toys when they already have enough. These kids are also big bullies and would never try to get along with other children. They simply think that they must have their ways, or they will be on their full scale terrorist mode that would scare even the fiercest school principal.

As parents, what would you do? You’ve tried to talk to them nicely, but these bunch of spoil rotten children simply refused to listen. Training and talking to a bunch of smelly farm animals would be easier than talking to these children. So, you tried talking to them nicely, and you even scold them countlessly but whatever you say or do to them simply do not penetrate into their thick skull, so what do you do to the bunch of misbehaved children in need of some discipline?

Why, you go the old fashion ways of course. You give them a good knock on their head or a nasty spanking on their backside and remind them who is actually boss. If they still refused to listen, then you take the good old trustworthy cane and give them some nice beating on their butt and tells them who is actually feeding them and who is actually putting a roof over their head and don’t try to mess with you. Yes. If all fails, by all means, discipline your children. There should be no compromise in that.

Same goes with BN and Pakatan Rakyat. They are like a bunch of misbehaved children in need of spanking. Yes, indeed, they are like a bunch of spoil rotten children whom were not taught by their parents on how to behave in public. They do rotten things and created havoc in our country, as if we need more troubles to even begin with. In other words, both are hypocrites with the need to learn more about moral.

Instead of trying to get along with each other and share, they placed toads in each other’s pants. They laughed gleefully when the other squeal in shock and panic. And instead of sharing their ‘playings’ they went on their full scale Godzilla mode and terrorize around to get what they want. And instead of being thankful to the citizens for voting for them during the general Election in 2008, they betrayed the citizen’s trust by not doing their job properly. They are selfish, only think for themselves, and instead of trying to recession-proof our country like what other country leaders are trying to do, they make a fool of themselves and our country in the eyes of the world. Instead of believing in democracy as well as check and balance, these people believe in dictatorship, where only one party must rule and reign supreme.

I think I can hear Mr. President Obama laughing his ass out all the way from White House at our political mayhem in Perak. Hey, can’t blame the guy, can we? Who wouldn’t laugh at our leader’s foolishness? While others are busy trying to stimulate their country’s economy or work very hard to get some peace in their country, our leaders are busy trying to create havoc and uncertainties in the times of the great depression.

Those misbehaved children are not only ungrateful to the people who actually keep their stomach full and put a roof over their head for them, their families and cronies, but bites the hands that feeds them too. When the citizens voiced up their opinion and told them to stop being a jackass, they go berserk and told the citizens that they know what they are doing. Whatever things that the citizens do to bring them back to their senses are considered a threat to the country, and the next thing you know, you are in ISA, enjoying boiled eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinners.

BN&co and Pakatan Rakyat are both a bunch of retarded children in need of some disciplining to me. Both are unfit to govern the country. BN are no longer relevant and popular, and is going down while Pakatan Rakyat have a lot more to learn. If this is the way our leaders going to continue to run a country, please, by all means, just let a bunch of kindergarten loose in parliament and let them lead our country. At least real children will listen and obey you once you give them a good reprimanding or a spanking on their butt.

Cleffairy: Discipline starts early, no compromise in that. Discipline your brats before they ended up like BN creeps and Pakatan Rakyat’s frogs.

The right move? Castling? Check? And checkmate?

When I was a naive little girl, like many girls my age, I dream to be a monarch- a princess. And sharing the very same name as the British Monarch Elizabeth, I foolishly thought that one day, I will also wear the Crown Jewel on my head and be a queen. I used to dream of being a princess because princesses are usually loved by her adoring subjects, and not to mention that she have an easy live and usually ends up marrying her Prince Charming and live happily ever after in her beautiful castle surrounded by people who will obey to her every single whims. I was an ignorant girl. I wanted a fairytale kind of life.

But as I grew up, the dream to be a queen or a princess started to fade away, as I learn that being a monarch is not just about sitting on the throne being admired by my subjects or even having my every man and woman alike wait on me hand and foot. I slowly understood that a monarch’s job is definitely not enjoy the pleasure that life got to offer, but to serve the people and take care of their interest. And as I grew up, I thanked God that I was not born a reigning princess or a queen as being one, restriction will be imposed upon me. I would have to put my heart and interest behind and follow strict palace rule and protocol no matter where I am and what I do. And I suspect that being a reigning monarch too would undermine my love life, as I probably would have to marry out of the interest of my country and not for love. A political marriage is definitely not my idea of a fairy-tale happily ever after . So dear readers, I can speak with conviction that I’m more than pleased that I was born a commoner instead of royalty.

However, these days, I get pretty wistful for just being a commoner that is not able to do anything for my country in the times of political distress and economic instability. I wish I could at least do something for my country and the people around me, regardless of their age, race, religion and sex. I really wish I could do something in benefit of the people instead of just sitting in front of the PC and vents my heart out through my writing in dissatisfaction of what’s going on in the country that seems to move 100 steps backwards once it tried to take one step forward. Though I believe that the pen is sharper than the tip of a sword, I think in some certain circumstances, action speaks louder than words.

When I see the nonsense that’s going on in Perak-the political turmoil where BN overthrow the Pakatan Government like a quick sly fox, I was quite aghast and speechless. And the progress that unfolds during the entire process to bring down the Pakatan Rakyat government probably made my eyes as round as a flying saucer. I could not believe what happened, and was dumbfounded for some time before I could actually absorb the political progress in Perak.

To me, what BN did to overthrow the Pakatan Rakyat Government was not democracy. I have another term to describe what they did, which is robbing and cheating the citizen. BN, or rather the DPM himself created this unnecessary political mayhem and robbed the citizens their rights to re-elect their state representatives by convincing the monarch to decree for new government to be done as soon as possible.

Amoker and Eugene had vent their disbelief and distaste regarding the political drama in Perak, and so, here is my take. A little bit late to comment on the entire issue, but if I don’t say something about it, then I suppose I am not the feisty and fiery Cleffairy.

The political-action drama that could have made into Blockbuster reminds me of a chess game I had many year ago with my father. First, DPM Najib-the man who is desperate for political stability before he becomes Prime Minister had no choice but to play a political chess game, or else when he takes the PM helm, he will, without a doubt inherit a weak government from Pak Lah.

Back then in 2003, when Pak Lah took over the PM post from Tun Dr. M, he inherited a strong government where the people have full trust in him. Tun Dr. M made sure that his successor had full support of the party and the people. He also made sure that no one had the reason to kick Pak Lah from his PM post when he was made PM by making the man a favourite among the people. Tun Dr. M also made sure when he resigned, the country is also not in a political turmoil or in financial crisis. In other words, Pak Lah inherited a strong government from Tun Dr. M. Everything was nicely prepared for him and all he needs to do is be a strong visionary PM and pick up where Tun Dr. M left.

Unfortunately it was not the same for DPM Najib in 2009. Pak Lah screwed up a lot of things, and all he will inherit is just a weak government and a country that is struggling in recession. The people are restless and in uncertainties and raging in anger as the people felt that everything that’s going on in the country is affecting their savings account and their rice bowl. The people are also questioning BN’s capabilities and credibility to develop the country and people wanted changes. Old tricks are not working anymore, and the people’s eyes are politically opened. The people wanted changes, and would do anything to get what they want.

So, now, what does a a desperate man who is about to inherit more liability rather than asset from his benefactor? The man couldn’t possibly just sit down and wait, could he? He have to do something to secure his position after he inherit the post. That’s a rational thing to do. What’s more, the desperate man, DPM Najib is also a man with suspicious background and full of scandal. Rumours had it that he was involved in the inhumane murder of a Mongolian model, Altantunya Shariibu and not to mention the doubtful Eurocopter purchase that he made in 2008. DPM Najib have to do something, quick before he becomes PM (I suppose he will be PM somewhere around March, if Pak Lah didn’t decide to flip-flop again). He needed more power and more support or else, he’s doom to be a PM with weak government and people who couldn’t wait to thwart him from his position by using those rumours against him. He couldn’t afford that, could he?

So what’s better than to have a bigger majority in his government? What’s better than that, dear readers? By having more majority in his government, he will have more power and support, and the possibility that various party go against him would definitely lessen once he become PM. It is common knowledge that people of various background would do almost anything in favour of the number one man. Just see at the ungrateful pigs who turned their ass to Tun Dr. M during his dispute with Pak Lah. Most were Tun Dr. M’s supporter when he was in office. It’s human nature. Or rather, Malaysian nature. Once a man have power and influence, then the people would lick their dirty shoes in order to get benefit from the powerful man. DPM Najib is fully aware of this, so perhaps this is why he decided to ‘convince’ people from Pakatan Rakyat Perak to join BN and overthrow the the Perak government. Whether or not 50million was involve, I’m not sure. But it is interesting to note that all the ‘frogs’ that jumped over to BN have a nasty unresolved corruption case.

This is how the political chess game unfold:

Jan 25: Umno’s Bota assemblyman Datuk Nasarudin Hashim quits Barisan to join PKR.

Jan 26: Perak Barisan chairman Datuk Seri Mohd Tajol Rosli Ghazali takes responsibility for defection. Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin claims three more will leave Umno and join PKR.

Jan 27: Nasarudin goes into “hiding”.

Jan 28: Tajol Rosli quits as Perak Umno liaison chairman. Nasarudin resurfaces, says he will not change his mind. Barisan drops first hint of defections from PKR.

Jan 29: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak takes over as Perak Barisan chairman and state Umno liaison chairman.

Jan 30: Nizar dismisses talk that both Jamaluddin (Behrang) and Mohd Osman (Changkat Jering), who were charged with corruption last August, would be crossing over. Several Umno assemblyman claim PKR agents had approached them to cross over.

Jan 31: Jamaluddin and Mohd Osman go “missing”. Eight Umno branches in Bota disband, members join PKR.

Feb 1: Perak state assembly Speaker V. Sivakumar releases undated resignation letters signed by the two. Both deny resigning and claim they were forced to sign the letters after the March 8 elections.

Feb 2: Sivakumar submits the resignation letters to the Election Commission and declared seats vacant. Nizar meets Sultan of Perak. Jamaluddin and Mohd Osman fail to show up at press conferences.

Feb 3: EC rules that Changkat Jering and Behrang seats are not vacant. Both assemblymen quit their seats to become Independent. Perak deputy speaker Hee Yit Foong goes “missing” but later states she is still with DAP.

Feb 4: Hee turns Independent. Nizar meets Sultan in bid to have assembly dissolved. Najib announces fall of Pakatan government and says Barisan is ready to take over.

They have done the castling, where Umno’s Bota assemblyman Datuk Nasarudin Hashim quits Barisan to join PKR and Perak Barisan chairman Datuk Seri Mohd Tajol Rosli Ghazali takes responsibility for defection. Nasaruddin then goes into hiding God knows where and Tajol Rosli quits as Perak Umno liaison chairman. I’d say, this is castling as DPM najib moves in to take his position-probably by doing so, he could easily influence the three creeps to jump over to BN with his ‘strong persuasion’.

And BN also manage to do the ‘Check’ on Pakatan Rakyat government by persuading the frogs to be on their side and gain majority in the process. And what’s more impressive, they got the Sultan to back up their assess too and new MB from BN is sworn in.

But have they really done the ‘Checkmate’? Have they truly done the ‘Checkmate’ and earn the people’s trust and truly gain power? As even when the Perak ruler, Sultan Azlan Shah granted permission to BN to form a new state government, the consequences are not support from the people, but the people’s wrath instead as the people felt cheated. Even though there are people who can’t be bothered of who will be governing the new Perak government, but most felt that the Sultan has made a rash and unwise decision by not allowing the DUN to be dissolve and allow the people to choose their government all over again. After all, people voted for the three because they were in PKR, not because they were in BN in the first place. BN has once again rob the people’s voice mercilessly. The Sultan too is a victim in this political chess game.

People started to loose their admiration towards the Sultan for his rash decision in quest for his state political stability. No kings wanted instability in his state, and if I was put in the same position of the monarch, I would want a quick solution too by ending all the political mayhem as soon as possible. Perhaps Tuanku Sultan has forgotten that this is not Tun Dr M’s time where things could be stabilize as quickly as possible. This is the time where there are many young sly fox with plans and benefits in mind, and patience is needed to play the political game. Such quick decision would not resolve the political uncertainties, but will make the ruler unpopular among the people who are becoming more and more aware of the political environment by each passing day.

Anyway, my congratulations are in order to to BN, DPM Najib&co for succeeding in screwing the peace once again. So much for promising to improve the economy and recession-proof the country instead of politicking.

Cleffairy: Politicians will always be politicians. Their words never synchronize with their action. Everything may change, but I suppose this is the only thing that will never change. Such a comfort to know, isn’t it?

Easy fight? Under expectation? Yes? No?

All of you might notice that I haven’t been ranting about politics or write any ‘fairy tales‘ for some time, and I thought it’s high time I write something about it. For those who have been watching Malaysian politics as if they’re watching some gruesome fights would probably know about the Kuala Terengganu by-election.

The ‘sumo wrestlers’ were PAS, BN and a private candidate if I’m not mistaken. (well, when I last watched news, the private candidate didn’t express that he would withdraw from the election or anything, so I assume he fought for it as well, though the news don’t give a damn about him)

It was a close fight.PAS won the Kuala Terengganu Parliamentary with a majority of 2,631 votes. PAS candidate Mohd Abdul Wahid Endut wallop a total 32,883 votes compared to Barisan Datuk Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh, who only managed to bash up 30,252 votes.

The loser, BN candidate Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh was said to accept his loss with open arms and no regrets, and i wonder what actually contribute to his attitude? Does he already expect that he will be screwed despite of the massive campaign that had been done before the election for him?

As far as I’m concern, the seat belonged to BN before the by-election was required(The man who holds the KT seat was a BN feller), so why are there changes in voting pattern? Why PAS manage to snatch the seat from BN? I have a few possible answers on why PAS won the seat this time despite of the fact that the seat originally belonged to BN in the first place.

1. The people are getting sick of empty promises and the the BN government’s lack of ability to stabilize the economy back in 2008.

2. Some people felt that the BN government were being unfair to the citizens after their lost in the 2008 GE. They felt as if they were punished, and so now they are just returning the favour.

3.People think that BN candidates were not genuine and do not truly care for the citizens. They only busied themselves running around a few weeks before election, spreading their propaganda during the campaign period. The citizens do not know the man in question at all before the by-election was announced.

4. The people are becoming more and more politics literate and knows how to think for themselves instead of just obeying and swallowing whatever the ruling party requested and said.

5. The people really wanted changes in Malaysia, and through the by-election, they hope to remind BN what they had send across during the GE in 2008, which is they want changes in Malaysian government, and since BN couldn’t provide a good and transparent government, they voted for the opposition instead.

6. The people couldn’t forgive BN government for causing nasty inflation as a result of raising the petrol price earlier in 2008, so by hook or by crook, they want BN government down from the helm.

7. The people are sick of people who claimed themselves to be ‘experienced’ in governing the country but do nothing but talk only.

8. People are sick of the by-election campaign where BN fellers fully utilize the mainstream media to expose ill news about PAS&co and seems to sabotage more than assure the citizens that they will continue to serve.

9. People wants BN to stop being in denial and start to realize that they are no longer a no.1 choice. The people wants BN fellers to stop being cocky.

10. People lack confidence towards Datuk Seri Najib’s impending premiership as he was a yes man where Pak Lah is concern. And having so much scandal and rumours about him does not help to. (Altantuya, Eurocopter, etc)

I can name a few more reason why BN lost, but I think it’s quite a clear message isn’t it? People want changes in Malaysia and they will continue to send the message across until they get what they want. This is my two pence. What say you?

Cleffairy: The government’s job is to serve the people, not be served by people. That goes the same with politician. Politician are suppose to do things for the people, not the other way around.

Even the kindergarten are screwed up now…

The education system in Malaysia is totally screwed up. There’s no joke about that. For those who are not parents yet will never understand the frustration that they are having when their children are forced to endure an education system where academical achievement is highly appreciated and more valued.

The kids who couldn’t catch up with the academical based education system or still in their ‘exploration’ stage where they want to experience and experiment with what’s going on around them are considered retarded and incapable of learning anything at all, and they are suggested to go to ‘special’ school because the ‘educators’ thought that are a nuisance and merely impeding others from advancing.

As of late, I get to experience first hand seeing nasty and kiasu attitude displayed by people who have the cheek who called themselves educators. This shocked me to death. I had not realized that Malaysian education system is so damn screwed up. Not just mildly screwed up, but badly screwed up. Bloody and nasty at that!

There’s this kindergarten in KL, and they are using Fungates system where learning are supposed to be fun and not stressful. The system are supposed to allowed children to learn while playing, and yet the kindergarten ‘teachers’ and the bloody principal are doing the exact opposite, which is rushing off with the syllabus even with children who are first timer in kindergarten.

First timer that I’m referring to are those little children who barely turn 4 yet. First year in kindergarten. Some are still in diapers, vocabulary are limited, and still wailing for their mummies and daddies when they are left in the care of those teachers. These children’s communication skill is of course quite terrible. They will fight over toys, cry when they feel like it, pee in their pants and so the list would go on and on. These ‘teachers’ coaxed the children during the first day of orientation, but apparently their ‘kind’, ‘loving’ and ‘passionate about children’ motto seems to have expiry date, as at the second day of school, children are expected to already know how to hold the pencil or already know how to do colouring, and they are no longer expected to run around, mingle or even yell wail for their mom and dad. They are also expected to answer to their given names when sometimes, these kids do not even know what their names are as they go by petnames at home.

Now, I must say, this kind of expectation is quite high for children who haven’t even turn 4 years old yet. Some parents do not teach their little ‘babies’ at home. They prefer to send their children to kindergarten when they reach kindergarten age and let the teachers teach their children the basics. This certain kindergarten, however expects the children that have been sent to them to know every goddamn basic.

What the hell is all this all about? I thought it’s teacher’s job to teach these little children those basics like how to hold the pencil and do colouring and stuff. Why the hell are they just standing in front and do lecturing? What happened to the good old guiding children how to use pencil by holding their hands? Something is very, very wrong here. I am not a kindergarten teacher, however, I think it is not right to just rush off with the syllabus without letting the children get used to their environment and know the basics. I also know it’s bloody wrong to treat 3 1/3 years old children like primary school children. These children are not trained in the field of communication. They are supposed to be taught how to behave with their peers. These children cannot be expected to have social skills of those who went for finishing school. They are children. they probably only sticked to their parents and immediate relative in their 3 1/2 years of life. How are they supposed to know they are not supposed to share things or not throw tantrums when they couldn’t get what they want? Teachers are supposed to teach them not expect them to behave like some 12 years old kids.

Education are just another form of lucrative business these days, especially the kindergarten business. The fees are goddamn expensive. Everything involves money. One year, one could spend an average of more than Rm5k for their kids kindergarten and daycare program. But it aggravates me to see that some kindergarten teachers expected to have an easy job when they deal with first time students. When they come across children who are handful, they get very pissed off and couldn’t wait to toss them aside and expel them and never to see them again. Children who have ADHD (Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder) or refused to listen and follow their instruction because he/she do not respond well to bloody strangers that they only know for 2-3 days are considered retarded, and incapable of learning and of course, they would do anything to get the child off the kindergarten compound as soon as possible because they refused to spend time and effort to get these children’s attention and educate them.

I had known that Malaysian education system is very screwed up, but I did not realize that it’s extremely screwed to the point where even in kindergarten, the children are not allowed to be active, slow learner or even mediocre. They must not be different at all cost, or they will be labeled retarded, uncontrollable and is not capable of learning at all. They must excel and expected to be the Jack of all trade even on their first week of kindergarten, or else, they will be expel, because the kindergarten have a name to live up to.

I would not believe all this if I did not see such things with my very own two eyes. The principal of the kindergarten is not nurturing despite of having extensive training in early education. All she seems to do is ” This kid ADHD ah? Eh, retard la, stupid, dunno how to listen, cannot sit still, always running around, hard to teach, expel la! So mafan, like down syndrome nia. Must faster expel, if not, we susah nia.” and “This kid cry too much ah? Put her in one room alone la, nonid to care oredi” as well as “This kid hard to deal with, ask the parents to send him elsewhere.I don’t want obnoxious brat in my school”.

I’ve come to a conclusion that even the kindergarten are just another form of business now. If teachers refused to teach and nurture the younger generation and only care bout their savings account, what will become to our country, actually? I dare not think of the answer.

Cleffairy: If I have the chance to tell these kind of teachers and principal off, I would tell her to go and screw her own asshole inside out for refusing to teach and expel children who are hyper and challenging. These kind of ‘educators’ are ruining the good name of loving and nurturing teachers all around.

Oh yeah, let's partayyyy, sex partayyy, baby!

sexsyringe_080219_mn

I’ve been rather quiet and rant less these days, haven’t I, dear readers? I’m guilty of just putting facts and histories of Xmas. Well, that’s because I’m feeling a little melancholic about ushering the new year. New year never makes me feel down as I would reflect on what I manage or failed to achieve in the yesteryears. So, here I’d like to extend my sincerest apology for making all of you put up with my history lessons.

Year 2008 have been personally historic and very interesting for me, not to mention rather eye opening, with things that went on in Malaysia whole year through. I felt like it was only yesterday that I watched fireworks flicker in the night sky of 2008 with my other half at the balcony of our home. And I definitely felt like it was only yesterday I made friends with all of you. Time flies, pretty fast don’t they? In less than one day, we’ll be ushering the new year.

I felt that I was dreaming whole year through, and while I having my usual cuppa tea and day dreaming this morning, a blasted sms provoked my thoughts and brought me back into the realm of reality. It was a very provocative and suggestive sms, and I was completely dumbfounded that it was sent to me. The sms was written in Malaysian language, and it sounded like this:

Raikan mlm thn br ini dgn parti pch dara . Rm300 shj1 org.Parti panas! awek2 gebu &dara yg ingin 3+1 menanti anda. anda gadis?sertai kami, gerenti puas dan mahu lg. umur 17keatas shj.kondom disediakan.hubungi talian tertera utk mluman ljt.

For those who could not understand Malay language, allow me to translate the sms for you, though I could not guarantee the accuracy of the translation that I have done. Translation was never my strong subject, especially when it’s Malay to English. I always thought my translations are rather word for word or sounds pretty weird. Anyway, more or less, the sms should sound like this in English:

Celebrate the new year’s eve with popping the cherry party. Rm300 per person. Hot party! Virgin girls who wants 3+1 is waiting for you. You’re a lady? Join us, satisfaction guaranteed and you’ll be asking for more. 17 years and above only. Condoms will be prepared, contact the number on your screen for further information.

I almost choke on my tea when I read the sms that was sent to me by chance. I had initially thought that the authorities and media have been sensationalizing the rumours about the new year’s eve sex party that will be held in an undisclosed location, but apparently, the authorities and the media for once are right over their concern over the sex party issue. The organizer will be organizing a sex party on new year’s eve. What’s worst, it’s for barely legal teenagers who could not wait to loose their virginity and chastity.

It took me for a while to compute and comprehend what the sms was trying to send across to the targeted readers. My Malay language can only be considered mediocre. I can understand Malay language that’s written in proper sentence structuring and language, but broken language such as this one took me awhile to understand. After awhile, I’ve come to an understanding that:

1. There will be a sex party, or rather, loosing virginity party/ceremony on new year’s eve. The location were not disclosed, however.

2. The party would cost Rm300 per person. In my humble opinion, this is disgustingly expensive! Rm300 just for a wild night? How many hours will the party last anyway? Where will it be held? A posh hotel? A motel? Beach? Or in a private residence?

3. There are virgin girls who wants 3+1. Wait a minute, what is 3+1? Is the sender trying to say that there are virgin girls who are wanting threesome on this coming new year’s eve party? But then again, in the sms, 3+1 was written. I’m bad in maths, but 3+1 would equal to 4, isn’t it? That wouldn’t be a threesome, but a foursome, isn’t it? Three men having sex simultaneously with one lady. Correct me if I’m wrong, my dear readers, I’ve been failing in maths ever since I was in high school. Yes, people, yours truly failed Maths constantly when she was still a student. Mathematics was never my strong point, so, correct me about the 3+1=4 if I’m wrong. What the hell, have I been reading an invitation to an orgy party where people will be indulging in nothing but sex openly? Am I being very closed minded or thinking that there are virgin girls out there who can’t wait to spread their legs for a few men to shove their penis in not only one but three of their holes is rather mind boggling?

4. It was mentioned in the sms that ladies are welcome to the new year’s eve party, and satisfaction is guaranteed. I really wonder, what kind of satisfaction is guaranteed? How could you guarantee a sexual satisfaction to a lady when all the men who goes there are probably horny men who wants cheap sex and would probably won’t even bother having a foreplay, what’s more giving an earth shattering orgasm and a wonderful time to his partner(s). This will be purely feral sexual indulgence on the men’s part. So how the hell do you guarantee such a bloody thing? This is obviously a screwed up motion and persuasion to lure foolish girls to give up their virginity! As far as I am concern, loosing virginity would initially mean having penetrative sex for the first time. And having penetrative sex for the first time for most girls does not mean extreme enjoyment in the activities, as it would be uncomfortable to welcome a penis intrusion in the vagina, and when the hymen breaks, the girl in question would definitely feel pain. Yes, idiots, loosing virginity is painful, no matter how experience your partner is and no matter how prepared and properly lubricated you are. So, young girls out there, I have a question for you if you’re planning to attend such party. How do you propose enjoying intrusion of a few stranger’s penis in your vagina, your asshole and your bloody mouth at the same time? I doubt there will be satisfaction. Or will there be drugs in order to make women high and aroused? This is more like a gangbang rape that you participated willingly. I have no doubts that when you participate in a sex party like this, there would definitely be camcorders that will be recording down the sexually historic event. What is the consequences of having your sexual antics being recorded visually? I suppose such recording will be used for blackmail purposes and sometimes, would be uploaded online on porn sites. Do you actually anticipate such a thing to happen?

5. This party is for 17 years olds and above. This line concern me. I thought 17 years old is still considered a minor in Malaysia? Wait a minute! 17 years old is considered a minor everywhere around the world. 18 is the standard legal age where you can decide for yourself on what you want to do without the authorities questioning your decision. Does this mean that this party is also for minors? Minors involve in such party, no matter they participated willingly or not would be considered statutory rape, is it not?

While I am quite aware that there are private sex parties held all around the world on new year’s eve, I never thought the advertisement/invitation to sex party such as this one is being circulated so indiscreetly. What’s more in Malaysia. I would understand if it’s in the states or other countries where wild sex parties similar to this one is considered normal or even a tradition. But this is Malaysia. What the hell is going on in Malaysia these days? Or rather, what the hell is going on with teenagers in Malaysia these days? In my humble opinion, sex parties such as this one is organized because there are probably demands from certain group of people, and the group of people are probably teenagers and young adults.

And seeing that the sms was not written in English but in Malay, I think I can safely assume that the sms in question is targeted at a Malay reader, and being a Malay in Malaysia would automatically mean that one would have to be a Muslim. Well, even if the person does not practice Islamic values, but it’ll be written in his Mykad that his/her religion is Islam, and so, I had originally thought that these people would at least honour their religion and not indulge in such things. What’s more, Islam completely prohibited such pre-marital sexual indulgence. And it never come across my mind that there are Muslims who would indulge themselves in an orgy celebration freely until I read the sms. The lesser Muslim who indulge in such a thing is tainting the image of Islam. This is such a shame.

I’m aware that there are a bloke or two who are usually mat/minah rempit who indulge in pre-marital sex. Well, sex between couples is kind of normal, I suppose. All race are doing that, not just the Malays. But thinking that there are loads of teenagers out there who will be ‘enjoying’ orgies in a new year party is a little too much for me. I’ve come to a conclusion that either I must be a person living in the past where there are no such parties being organized freely, or Malaysians are becoming more and more liberated in a very negative way. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, before I end my ramblings I have a few message for you.

Involving in such sex parties where most would probably have unprotected sex with a few different people at the same time would be like having sex with a scorpion or a tarantula. It would be poisonous.

aids

There’s no cure for such poison. So please don’t be involve in such parties. Protect yourself.

aidspreview_article

Stop AIDS from spreading. Do your part and don’t indulge in casual sex. Don’t let AIDS take over the world.

Cleffairy: I wonder how many ‘legal’ parties turned sex parties? From what’s being circulated in blogsphere, I heard there are plenty. Who can guarantee that the party goers would be practicing safe sex? They probably won’t bother using any condoms or even take contraceptives for all I care. With  ‘people who loves to have fun’ attending celebration parties like this, it’s not a wonder that the AIDS statistic and abortion rate are not going down.
